Kristin Corinne Schleich

Kristin has been in love with the art of movement for as long as she can remember. She grew up studying dance and running around outside playing any sport imaginable with her three brothers. Kristin started practicing yoga in 2006 and immediately fell in love with the ancient form of moving meditation. She taught her first yoga class to her high school classmates in gym class. In 2012, she completed her 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher training, received her BFA in Dance, and began teaching professionally. She completed her 85hr Prenatal Yoga training and 300hr Advanced Yoga Training in 2018.

She has studied and teaches many forms of yoga including hatha, vinyasa, beginner specific, alignment-based, yin/yang, seasonal, slow flow, prenatal and restorative. Teachers are always students, so Kristin continues to study with master teachers throughout the Midwest to learn more about yoga, anatomy, and mindfulness.

She loves to share her passion for overall health and wellness in her class by connecting movement with breath, peace with joy, strength with grace, love with determination, curiosity with creativity, and body with mind. When she had her first daughter in 2018, she realized how much yoga can be applied and help during pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting.

If nothing else, her goal for every student is to leave her yoga class with a smile.

I miss you so much, teacher. I will search in earnest as to when I can “drop in” to one of your classes, schedule willing, of course. Welcome back! I’m still at Bloom, too. Small capacity starting next week for yoga. Massage room open now. Xoxo
